Four gold medals, six silver medals, five bronze medals and three diplomas - this is the record for the Bulgarian participants at Cake International's largest international cake exhibition in Birmingham, Cake International.

Great Bulgarian participation had this year in the most delicious competition. With gold medals Kostadin Nikolov, Zlatina Lewis and Galya Hristova were awarded - with two gold medals.

The scent of roasted sea fish and a whisper of sparkling wine can be found at St. Cyril and St. Methodius Square in Bourgas this weekend. On September 30 th and October 1st, the Fish and Wine Festival is back with a second edition.

Lovers of fish dishes will have a meeting with the boss Ivan Zvezdev, who will prepare a delicious fish soup on a recipe from the old Bulgarian cuisine.
