Here are the most expensive houses in the southern seaside

The most expensive property on the South Black sea are in Sozopol.

The houses over 1 million EUR are 4, three of them are in Sozopol and one - in St. Vlas.

"Cheapest" among them has cost 1.14 million EUR. It is located in Budzhaka near Sozopol. Its area is 530 square meters. The building has three floors, located on the first beach line.

Next in the ranking is a house with price 1.5 million EUR, again in Sozopol. The total area is 385 sq. m, the price per square meter out 3896 EUR / sq. m. There is also a yard of 1800 m2.

The house is perched on the edge of the cliffs in Budzhaka.

The next property comes most expensive if you watch the price per square meter, 4871 EUR / sq. m The total cost of the mansion is 1.7 million EUR and is still in Budzhaka.
