Bourgas Environmental Inspectorate issued three acts of violation of the Law on Environmental Protection to “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas” AD in June.
Penalties should also be written to impose appropriate sanctions.
Here are the acts:
- Act for non-fulfillment of the condition of the Complex Permit for Sulfur-4;
- Two acts for non-fulfillment of the condition of the Complex Permit for Hydrogen installation - section 71 Furnace H-17101.
