The oldest Bulgarian port - Port Bourgas turns 112 years.
"Over the past years the Port of Bourgas has established itself as a name not only in the Black Sea region, but also worldwide. Currently it employs 230 employees ", said Executive Director Dian Dimov.
Going back a few years ago, however - we see no reason for that pride. Only 6 years ago, in 2009 in the port of Bourgas have worked 1,300 people.
In 2014 cargo turnover was 500,000 tons. Two years earlier, however - in 2012 in the port of Bourgas processed 2.194 million tons.
