Russian SPA center to be built in Bulgaria for 75 million leva

Fakti.bg writes that Russian entrepreneurs are coming to Bulgaria with serious ambitions. This is proven by the first dig of the “Preobrazheniye” Rehabilitation Center in the resort town of Sapareva Banya.

 

The municipality came to own 25% of the shares after it apportioned a 31.7 decare terrain to the company. On its side, the Russian foundation deposited 16.8 million leva in the association’s capital.

The complex will consist of 200 rooms, with an inner and outer mineral water pool, a hall with medicinal showers and tubs.

The total investment is valued at 75 million leva. The gross floor area of the complex is 52,000sq.m, 37,000 of which are above ground.
