Dozens of families invested "green" in properties in "Sunny Beach" became victims of fraud for millions.
Since eight years, they have been waiting for the court battles between the builder and the creditor bank to end.
The deceived have signed preliminary contracts and paid 60,000 EUR / each one/. The investor promised that the building will be ready by May 2010, and buyers will get apartments made "turnkey".
By 2014, property money has already been paid.
Meanwhile, the properties are seized by the bank that has credited the project.
The complex in "Sunny Beach" has not Act 16 and is finished to rough construction.
