The only one luxury resort on the southern coast - holiday village "Dune" near Sozopol is looking to recruit nearly 1,000 employees.
Half of low trained staff is from the villages of the coastal municipalities, which are transported to hotels in the resort by bus. Pay 500-600 Lev makes the qualified employees to seek their fortune in Germany or in the UK, shows new research.
The luxury complex will rely on the Labour Bureau in Sozopol, which is starting free courses for waiters and bartenders for the residents of the municipality, which will end in late April.
First interviews with the candidates will be in the middle of March to ensure the work of two of the hotels that will take tourists for Easter.
