Russian sommelier for VinotoFest: I found Bulgarian wines

Natalja Matiysina is a Russian sommelier which visited VinotoFest and was fascinated by those there Bulgarian wines.

The sommelier wrote especially for feedback burgasdream.com, which was co-organizer of the festival:

Particular attention I severed for three wineries:

 "Salla Estate"

Nice style of all presented varieties of international and native (local).

I especially liked their Pinot Noir. Clearly, this is not Burgundy and New Zealand, but has received quality wine with perfect balance ... destructive stereotypes in the head for Bulgarian wines.

The white wine varieties Traminer impressed me. Interestingly, they have not tried to do so gently and colorful, no wine usual flirting with the audience.

"Thracian legends"

In the submitted wines strongly stood nature of winery: an extraordinary, deep, from the first sip understand that this drink made exclusively with love, with understanding and soul!

"Boyar"

Wine made in classic Bordeaux. Barrel unobtrusive and quite harmoniously enriched grape drink, giving balance and velvet sweetness of sommelier.
